Hello…

Penny poseI am an award-winning playwright and novelist who lives in New York City. My full-length play SAFE won best new play at the Planet Connections Theater Festivity at the Bleecker Street theater last summer and will be produced at the Edinburgh Fringe at the Space/North Bridge Theater in August of 2013. This play was recently published by Indie Theater Now. My last play, I KNOW WHAT BOYS WANT, was produced by Ego Actus at The Workshop Theater. This timely play, about a high school girl who decides to fight back against her cyber-bully, had a sold out run and received wonderful reviews. Both plays are published by Indie Theater Now. BITTEN, a play that takes place in an Irish bar in Queens, was recently a finalist for the Kenneth Branagh award for New Drama.

My novel, Becoming the Butlers, was chosen as one of the best books of the year by the New York Public Library. Warner Brother Studios also optioned this novel for film production. A collection of short stories, L.A Child and Other Stories, is available now on AmazonBarnes and Noble, and Untreed Reads.
